End of Year is a three-day gathering to seek the face of God together.
As we worship, pray, and behold Jesus, we believe He transforms us and sends us back into every sphere carrying His presence.

What is the address for EOY26?

Where should I stay?
We are securing several room blocks at nearby hotels, and will provide that information soon, both here and in attendee email announcements! Please note the closest hotels to SMU are still a 10-15 minute walk to the Moody Coliseum and Texas winters are unpredictable weather.
Where do I park?
Parking will be available in designated SMU parking garages and lots surrounding Moody Coliseum. We recommend arriving early and allowing additional time to park and walk to the venue. Parking details and a map will be provided here soon.
The Moody Parking Center and the Binkley Parking Center are the visitor parking options closest to the Moody Coliseum.
Do I have to pay to park?
Additional parking details, including pricing and payment instructions, will be provided closer to the event.
Tickets
How can I register?
You must register online for this event. No tickets can be purchased at the door.
What payment options are available?
Tickets must be purchased online using a credit or debit card at: Buy Tickets Here
Moody Coliseum is a cashless venue, so please plan to bring a credit/debit card or use a mobile payment option for purchases inside the venue.
Can I register and pay at the door?
If tickets are still available on December 29, you will be able to purchase your ticket online, but tickets will not be sold at the door. We will not accept cash or credit card payments at the door. A QR code will be available for guests to purchase tickets online using a credit or debit card.
What does the gold ticket include?
Gold ticket holders are given priority access and a guaranteed first come, first serve seat on the floor of the arena, closest to the stage.
Can I upgrade to a gold ticket?
- Open your confirmation email.
- Click on “Exchange Tickets.”
- On your confirmation page, select “Exchange Ticket” – this will allow you to upgrade your ticket.
How can I transfer my ticket to another person?
- Open your confirmation email.
- Click on “View/Manage Order.”
- On your confirmation page, select “Edit Ticket Info/Transfer” – this allows you to transfer your ticket to another person.
If I buy a ticket and am not able to make it, will you provide a refund?
No refunds are provided. You are welcome to transfer (or sell!) your ticket to a friend by following the transfer steps above.
Do I need to purchase my child a ticket?
Yes, all attendees are required to purchase a ticket so we can account for seating. Infants (lap children) may enter at no cost. Please note that Moody Coliseum has stairs throughout the arena, so families bringing young children should plan accordingly.
Are group discounts available for this event?
Yes, discounted group tickets are available. For parties of 5 or more a discount is provided using the promo code GROUP5.
At the event
Will the EOY speaker sessions be translated?
Yes, we will have Spanish interpretation services for our main sessions, but only for our in-person attendees. This will not be available for any online conference viewers.
Are meals included in the ticket price?
No, meals are not included in the ticket price. Food options available for purchase will be the Coliseum’s concession stands and restaurants around the SMU campus.
Will there be food to purchase?
Yes. Concessions will be available inside Moody Coliseum. The venue is cashless, so please plan to use a credit/debit card or mobile payment.
What can I bring inside?
Moody Coliseum has a clear bag policy. Please plan accordingly to help make entry as smooth as possible.
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
- One-gallon clear plastic resealable bags are also permitted.
- Small clutch bags, approximately 5.5" x 8.5" or smaller, may be brought in and do not need to be clear.
- Medical and nursing bags are permitted but will be subject to inspection.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- One sealed bottle of water is permitted.
- Strollers must be checked at the designated location before entry.
- Please do not bring sticks, poles, weapons, laser pointers, or other prohibited items.
Will childcare be provided?
There is no childcare or kids conference at EOY. Parents are responsible for their child’s care if they attend, and children must be registered with a general or gold ticket.
Can I bring my flags to worship?
Yes! We would love for you to bring your flags to worship. We simply ask that you find an open space when using them to ensure the safety of those around you. Please be mindful of those seated around you and do not block aisles, exits, or other guests’ views. UPPERROOM is not responsible for any incidents involving flags or for lost or stolen items.
Are there breakout sessions?
No, unfortunately there is not space at this venue for breakout sessions.
Is there a prayer room?
ABSOLUTELY! The prayer room will be open each day of the event. Come minister to the Lord with us!
Can I volunteer at EOY?
We do need volunteers for EOY, but these are sourced through our local Dallas church with our volunteer teams. If you are coming from out of city/state, we hope you come to just receive.
